Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
UK & Europe Delivery
We are pleased to offer complimentary UK shipping on all orders of £30 or more and complimentary Europe shipping on all orders of £70 or more.
UK Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) – £1.99
- Next Day Delivery – £6.00
Europe Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery (2-11 working days) - £10
All orders placed before 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, ensuring a prompt and seamless delivery experience.
Worldwide Shipping:
We now ship globally using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination zone and parcel weight.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Customs, duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

For international orders, please note: any customs duties or import taxes due in your country are the recipient’s responsibility. These may cause delays in delivery.
